Now iLand also runs on Linux - nice!

72 5375d 01h Werner /fonstudio/ removed the cycle.h (problem was that mere processor cycles are not very useful), and added good ol TTickTack (from Picus), but applying a wrapper-class so that including of windows.h is occurs only in ticktack.cpp.
added also a routine in mainwindow to emulate multiple executions of read/write cycles.
